Missing your favorite TV shows lately? No need to get the Summer TV blues - there’s a lot of great stuff on these days. Here are 5 of my favorites. Check out our Online TV Guide for more.
1. The Daily Show with Jon Stewart - Sure this show is on all year but spend a few minutes and watch this clip. Please. The Daily Show has never been better - They are doing an amazing job covering topics like the controversy in Iran and as always, able to find humor in dark places.
2. Top Chef Masters - Professional chefs compete to benefit charities. Competitive foodies at their best.
3. Weeds - This season has gotten wildly dark but Mary Louise-Parker is still one of the best actresses on TV.
4. True Blood - HBO’s Twilight is doing really well. Talk to your friends - everyone loves this southern gothic show.
5. Kings - I’m hearing friends of mine who don’t really watch TV rave about this show, “A modern day, alternate-reality drama about a hero who rises to become the King of his nation, based on the biblical story of King David.” -IMDB.com
